Please note that We may aggregate Combined Personal Data from different sources (e.g. our website and offline events). As part of this, We combine Personal Data that was originally collected by different Vivara entities or Vivara partners.

Sources of Personal Data

We collect your Personal Data from the following sources:

  • Vivara Websites: All our websites may be used for the collection of personal data. This includes both websites that we operate directly through our domains and IP addresses, as well as websites or pages that We establish on third-party services such as Facebook, Linkedin, and other third parties that offer this type of service.
  • E-mail and instant messaging systems: Services used to maintain electronic communications between You and Vivara, including those made available directly by Us, or third-party services such as WhatsApp and the like. All communications, promotions and notifications of orders will take place through the email addresses: vivara.online@vivara.com.br and atendimento.vivara@vivara.com.br.
    We do not use any email address other than those mentioned above. We warn all our customers that we will never send any kind of email with executable attachments or with links to downloads.
  • Vivara mobile apps: Mobile apps provided directly by Vivara or through third-party services such as Google or Apple.
  • Customer service and sales center: Communications made with You through our call and sales centers.
  • Ads, advertisements and online forms: Interactions with any type of Vivara ads, advertisements and online forms.
  • Offline records: Records filled offline, distributed during events and other interactions with Vivara.
  • Data received from third parties: Including, but not limited to, social networks and third-party websites such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and the like, data aggregator services, Vivara partners, public sources, and data received during acquisition of other companies.

What personal data we collect and how it is collected

 

During your interaction with Vivara, using one of the previously mentioned collection sources, we may collect various types of personal data about You, as set out below:

  • Contact Information: Includes any type of information that may facilitate our contact with You, including your physical mailing address, phone numbers, email addresses, websites and social media profiles.
  • Login information: Includes information to identify and authenticate to services provided by Vivara, including your registration name (login), password in unrecoverable (encrypted) format, and security questions.

  • Market research and consumer feedback: This is information you voluntarily share with Vivara about your experience using our products and services.
  • Consumer-generated content: Including any content You create and share with Vivara on third-party social networks or by uploading to one of our websites, apps, and other online and offline services, including the use of third-party social networking applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and the like. This data includes text, comments, articles, photos, videos, personal stories, or other similar content and media. Where permitted, We collect and publish consumer-generated content in connection with a variety of activities, including dissemination of Vivara products and services, contests, awards and other promotions, site community resources, consumer engagement, and third-party social networks.
  • Third-party social networkinformation: This is any data that You publicly share on a third-party social network or information that is part of your profile on a third-party social network (such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and the like) and that You allow the third-party social network to share with Us. This data may include details such as your basic account information (name, email address, gender, date of birth, current city, profile picture, user ID, friends list, and similar information.) and any other additional information or activities that You allow the third-party social network to share with us. We receive your social network profile information from third parties (or parts thereof) whenever You download an item or interact with a Vivara web application or service on a third-party social network, whenever You use a social networking feature that is integrated into a Vivara website or whenever You interact with Us through a third-party social network. To learn more about how your information from a third-party social network is obtained by Vivara or to opt out of sharing this social network information, visit the specific third-party social networking site.
  • Financial and payment information: Any data Vivara needs to fulfill an order, or that You use to make a purchase, such as your debit or credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiration date, etc.) or other payment methods used. Vivara uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts and protects data trafficked on servers. Some data, such as your credit card number, is encrypted at the time of shipment and discarded after purchase, not being stored in our database. The Portal uses the anti-fraud solution of the company Fcontrol, which operates for more than 10 years in the e-commerce market.
  • Contacts with our Customer Service and Sales Center: Your interactions with our Customer Service and Sales Center may be recorded or heard in accordance with applicable laws for Vivara’s operational needs.   • Sensitive Personal Data: Vivara does not normally deal with Personal Data considered sensitive in accordance with applicable law, so we do not intend to collect or process sensitive personal data in the normal course of your interactions with our products or services. Where there is legitimate interest or it is necessary to process your sensitive personal data for any reason, we will obtain your prior, express and formal consent for any processing that is voluntary (for example, for marketing purposes). About Personal Data of Children and Adolescents

 

Vivara does not knowingly solicit, collect, process, store or share personal data of children and adolescents under age. If we discover the occurrence of any handling of such data, unintentionally, we will remove that child or adolescent’s personal data from our records quickly.
However, Vivara may collect personal data of children and adolescents directly from their parents or legal guardians, and with explicit consent, and in accordance with the rules of current law.

 

About the use of Cookies, log files and the like
